Please contact us if you cannot find an answer to your question.
We do have waitlists for those that desire a kitten from our cattery, but are looking for a specific color point and/or breed. In order to be added to our waitlist, you should contact us either by email or phone with your request and color point/breed preferences. Our waitlist requires a $100 non-refundable deposit to keep your position on hold. This deposit will be deducted from the total kitten cost. Once a kitten is available for you, you will be notified & sent pictures. If you agree to accept the available kitten, you will then be required to pay the remaining portion ($400.00) of the kitten reservation deposit.
We will have limited waitlist positions available and once they are full, an announcement will be placed on the front page of our website.
We charge $1650.00 for our Siamese and $2000.00 for our Balinese, regardless of color point. A $500.00 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a kitten. All kittens leave here with 3 FVRCP vaccines, 3 (5 day) worming cycles, are microchipped and are registered with either TICA or CFA (whichever you prefer). You will also receive a canvas tote with food samples (wet & dry), toys, a blanket with their mothers scent and a folder containing all of your paperwork. Your paperwork includes: a health record booklet, a copy of our contract, 30 days of free pet insurance, TICA or CFA litter registration, microchip registration and a birth certificate.
If you want to reserve a kitten, you'll want to call to make that reservation. There is a $500.00 non-refundable deposit required to reserve a kitten. The deposit is deducted from the total cost of the kitten.
When you are ready to pay your waitlist deposit or kitten deposit, we will accept Cash, Check, Venmo (friends and family) or PayPal (friends and family).
When it is time for your kitten to come live with you, we will accept Cash, Venmo (friends and family) or PayPal (friends and family).
The only delivery services that we offer are flight nanny services. There are two fees associated with this service. The cost of the flight and the service fee for our time. We do our best to find the cheapest direct flight possible. Flight nanny service fees are due at the time of reservation so that the flight can be secured.
We are a dual registered cattery, registered with TICA & CFA. This means that all kittens will come registered. However, you can choose, at the time of reservation, which registry you would like them to have (TICA or CFA).
We do not allow kittens to leave here before the age of 12 weeks. Typically, pick-ups are scheduled between 12-14 weeks of age. If you need us to hold onto your kitten for a longer period of time (past 14 weeks), due to vacation etc... there will be a $50.00 fee for that service.
Yes, we do have a contract that is signed at kitten pick-up. It outlines our health guarantee
Yes, we do have a spay and neuter policy. When your receive your kitten, your TICA or CFA registration papers will be held until you provide proof that your kitten has been spayed or neutered.
There are NO hypoallergenic cats or dogs. All cats and dogs (even those with no hair) produce dander. Dander is what causes your allergies to flare up. However, there are low dander producing cats and dogs. These low dander producing pets are what people typically refer to as hypoallergenic. I personally, am allergic to cats and I have no problem around my Siamese or Balinese. Also keep in mind that everyone's level of allergic tolerance varies from person to person. Siamese and Balinese are low dander producing cats.
I don't make it a habit to sell to breeders. In fact, all of my kittens are sold without breeding right. However, in order for me to consider selling to a breeder, I would have to take time researching your cattery, contacting references and talking to you about your breeding practices quite extensively. If I were to agree to sell to you as a breeder, there would be a $1,000.00 fee for breeding rights in addition to the regular kitten cost.
